THE FAQs

What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach is someone who is qualified to support, encourage, challenge and motivate you to achieve your goals and increase your overall state of happiness. They will celebrate your successes, help you discover how to overcome obstacles, identify your strengths and weaknesses using strategic methods, and enable you to move forward at a far greater pace than you could achieve on your own. Ultimately, a Life Coach has your best interest at heart and you live your best life.

What’s the Difference Between a Life Coach and a Therapist?

How Does Coaching Work?

While every life coach has a different approach, the effectiveness depends on the willingness to use tools and suggestions given. There should be an openness and trust and an individual approach. Setting goals, using accountability, and finding awareness are methods used to help integrate the change someone is looking to attain.

How Often Should You Schedule a Life Coaching Session?

It varies by individual and progress. Many clients need a weekly session to keep on track, while others prefer “check-ins”.

How Is Your Approach Different From Other Life Coaches?

My approach is unique as I feel a connection and my experience in my own life are strengths. Relatability and Trust are key with my clients. I become very committed and engaged in clients’ success. I am passionate about the outcome, not the income.

What’s the Difference Between Life Coaching, Spiritual Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and Couples Coaching?

Although people come to coaching for a specific “problem”, coaching entails all areas of a person and their lives. It evolves to helping in each area even when it starts with one category.
